1. Initial Fault Diagnosis
The Atlas technical squad was dispatched to a residential site in Gotri to address a Lloyd Inverter AC unit that had completely ceased cooling. Upon arrival, a systematic diagnostic was performed on the refrigeration circuit. The system was found to be entirely devoid of refrigerant (gas empty), indicating a compromise in the hermetic seal of the copper piping.

2. Technical Execution & Resolution
- Leak Identification & Sealing: Conducted a nitrogen pressure test to locate the micro-leaks. Once identified, the copper joints were reinforced and brazed to prevent future leakage.
- Full System Service: Performed a comprehensive deep-cleaning of the evaporator coils and the outdoor condensing unit to ensure maximum heat exchange and airflow efficiency.
- Precision Gas Charging: Following a deep vacuum to remove moisture, a weight-based charge of high-grade refrigerant was injected to restore the inverter system to factory-spec cooling performance.
Outcome
Unit restored to peak performance. Discharge air temperatures confirmed at optimal levels. 100% customer satisfaction achieved.
