1. Project Scope & Diagnostics
Atlas Aircon was dispatched to a prominent Kattha manufacturing facility in Asoj. Kattha processing demands uncompromising temperature and humidity stability to preserve botanical extracts. The client required the rapid installation of a new high-capacity cold room and repair of legacy cooling infrastructure.

2. Execution & Technical Integration
- Structural Erection: Assembled and sealed high-density PUF (Polyurethane Foam) insulated panels for maximum energy efficiency.
- Legacy System Repair: Conducted deep-vacuum dehydration and identified/brazed micro-leaks in the copper circuitry.
- Mechanical Installation: Mounted heavy-duty evaporator coils and high-ambient condensing units.
- Microprocessor Calibration: Wired Danfoss expansion valves to respond instantly to inventory load fluctuations.
Mission Outcome
Cold storage grid fully synchronized. Temperature locked at the set-point, securing the Kattha inventory and maximizing yield.
