1. Initial Diagnosis: Noise & Thermal Failure
The Atlas team was mobilized to the FAG Schaeffler facility in Manjusar GIDC to troubleshoot an Adhunik Brand Panel AC unit. The system was reported to be producing high-decibel erratic noise and had completely ceased cooling, posing a direct threat to the sensitive CNC/VMC control electronics. Upon deep inspection, our engineers identified a critical refrigerant leak compounded by severe mechanical misalignment: both the condenser coil and the fan assembly had shifted and bent out of position.

2. Technical Execution & Optimization
- Mechanical Correction: Performed precision straightening of the condenser fins and reset the fan motor mounting to eliminate erratic noise and restore laminar airflow.
- Circuit Sealing: Identified the high-pressure leak point, executed a high-purity silver-brazing repair, and performed a nitrogen pressure test at 350 PSI.
- Vacuum & Recharge: Pulled a deep vacuum down to 500 microns to remove moisture, followed by a precise weight-based refrigerant charge to factory specifications.
Mission Outcome
Noise eliminated. Discharge temperatures stabilized. The FAG Schaeffler control panel is now protected by perfect, consistent industrial cooling.
